Blackwell Public Schools was notified Tuesday that the City of Blackwell will be shutting off the water line that supplies the elementary school today for an extended period of time to repair two leaks in the line.
Without having water in the building tomorrow for a long period of time, the elementary students cannot have school today, Wednesday, February 24.
The high school and middle school will be session.
