Special School Board meeting at noon today

A special meeting of the Ponca City Board of Education is scheduled for noon today. Included on the agenda is an executive session to discuss a proposed written employment contract between the district and Shelley Arrott to serve as the Superintendent of Schools, as well as other personnel matters.
