The Oklahoma State Department of Health is reporting 3,885 new positive COVID-19 cases for Monday, January 11. Oklahoma’s seen 335,247 COVID-19 cases overall as 43,163 cases are active.
A total of 14 virus-related deaths were documented on Monday to put Oklahoma’s death toll to 2,775. This includes one each for Logan and Osage counties.
Kay County saw an increase over the weekend with 61 new COVID-19 cases, putting the county at 3,913 cases, 44 deaths and 3,281 recoveries. Data for Kay County communities is posted below:

As for new COVID-19 cases in local counties, there are 62 for Logan, 58 for Garfield, 32 for Osage, 29 for Payne, 19 for Washington, 15 for Pawnee and four each for Grant and Noble. Data for local counties is posted below:

OSDH also reported 3,664 new recoveries for Monday, putting Oklahoma’s recovery total to 289,309. In order for a recovery to count, the recovered patient must not be deceased or hospitalized and it has been 14 days since their report.
Health officials report that as of Friday, there have been 2,477,328 total negative test results, 18,418 hospitalizations and 1,961 people currently hospitalized due to COVID-19. There are 477 patients in ICU.
As of Monday, there have been 99,373 total doses of the COVID-19 vaccine administered.
