Library hosting letter-writing campaign

Ponca City Library, 515 East Grand.
Visit the Ponca City Library through the end of November to write a letter to deployed troops, veterans, new recruits, or the local first responders (police, ambulance, and firefighters). The library will provide post cards, various types of paper, and send letters to Operation Gratitude and the local organizations.
