The Oklahoma State Department of Health is reporting 1,246 new positive COVID-19 cases for Wednesday, Nov. 4. Oklahoma’s seen 127,772 COVID-19 cases overall as 15,927 cases are active.
17 additional virus-related deaths were reported on Wednesday to put Oklahoma’s death toll to 1,392. None of the deaths were for northern Oklahoma counties.
Kay County saw 18 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday to put the county at 964 cases, 16 deaths and 824 recoveries.
For new cases in local counties, there are 68 for Payne, 25 for Garfield, 15 each for Logan and Noble, 12 for Osage, eight for Washington, and one each for Grant and Pawnee.

OSDH is also reporting 1,219 new recoveries for Wednesday to put the statewide recovery total to 110,453. In order for a recovery to count, the recovered patient must not be deceased or hospitalized and it has been 14 days since their report.
