Zoning changes approved at two locations

Ponca City’s Board of Commissioners approved two zoning changes Monday night.

The two properties are now zoned C-2 General Commercial.

The first is a lot on Hartford Avenue west of Fifth Street. This lot, along with property at the northwest corner of Fifth and Hartford, will be used for a Casey’s General Store.

The second zoning change is for a parcel of land at 3609 North 14^th Street, adjacent to the Bob Hurley car dealership. That property will expand the space for the dealership to separate new and used cars and improve customer services.
