The City of Ponca City made the announcement early Thursday that the intersection of 5th and Hartford will be closed for around 4 to 6 hours beginning at 8 a.m.
The intersection will be closed as crews will work on repairing a water main. The area experienced a water main break on Monday, Sept. 22.
Those who use the intersection along their routes daily will need to find a temporary detour route.
