Northeast Baptist Church plans Easter Pageant

Northeast Baptist Church, 2200 Pecan Road, will present its Easter Pageant, “The Tomb Is Empty Now,” at 6:30 p.m. April 14 and April 15, and at 10:15 a.m. Easter Sunday, April 16.

The Worship Choir will perform at all three performances. It tells the story of Jesus, beginning at his birth, the calling of the Apostles, Jesus’ miracles, his triumphant entry, the institution of the Lord’s Supper, the trials and tribulations that Jesus went through with King Herod and Pontius Pilate, and the crucifixion. This will be followed by Pastor Larry Nigh saying a few words.
