OSBI offers $5,000 to help solve 2016 homicide in Oklahoma
LONGTOWN, Okla. (AP) – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering a $5,000 reward for information that will help solve a year-old homicide in Pittsburg County.
The agency said Friday it is continuing to investigate the Feb. 26, 2016, death of 30-year-old Nathan David Scoggins. Scoggins died of a gunshot wound and his body was discovered by a family member in his home near Longtown.
The Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office asked OSBI investigators to help solve the case, and agents have collected many pieces of possible evidence.
They’ve also conducted dozens of interviews and believe the case can be solved with additional information.
