Personal Injury Collision in Osage County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported a personal injury collision occurred about 1:26am Saturday on State Highway 20 about 1.6 miles west of County Road 5575, 8.2 miles west of Hominy, in Osage County.

The patrol said the accident involved a 2004 Chevy Tahoe driven by Nicole Brady, 21, of Hominy, Oklahoma. Brady was transported by Miller EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa, OK. She was admitted in stable condition with head and leg injuries.

The Highway Patrol’s report stated Brady’s vehicle was eastbound on State Highway 20. The vehicle departed roadway right, overcorrected and departed roadway left. The vehicle lost control, went into a broad slide, rolled an undetermined amount of times and came to rest in a cluster of trees. Seatbelts were equipped and in use. The report lists Brady’s condition as “drinking ability impaired.” The cause of the collision is listed as DUI.
