The Kay County Sheriff’s Office is needing assistance locating the owner(s) of two horses that were found roaming the area of 13th Street and Hartford Avenue, about 2 miles north of Tonkawa.
They have been described as a black in color horse accompanied by a gray in color horse. Numerous horse owners between Tonkawa and Blackwell have been contacted but non have claimed ownership.
