September 15, 1950 – February 11, 2017

Susan Lynn Faulk, age 66 of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at her home in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the Renfro Center under the direction of the Grace Memorial Chapel.

Susan was born September 15, 1950 in Beatrice, Nebraska the daughter of Dorothy Pederson. She grew up in El Dorado, Kansas where she attended school. Later in life Susan received her GED in 1985. After school Susan moved to Oklahoma.

She worked as a nurse’s aide at the Pawnee Hospital, then at Sykes in Ponca City and was the manager at GNC for many years. On May 3, 1989 Susan married Warren Faulk in Ponca City where the couple made their home. Warren preceded her in death on June 24, 2008.

Susan enjoyed playing on the computer, going to casinos, crocheting, cross stitching, watching grandchildren’s school functions and was an avid reader of Stephen King novels.

Survivors include one sister Joanne Arnold and husband John of Oceans Shores, Washington; one son William Shaw and wife Leah of Ponca City; two daughters Natasha Kennedy and husband Mike of Broken Arrow, Monique Canaday and Robert Hatton of Ponca City; 17 grandchildren including Warren Ulrich in which she helped raise; 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Pederson, grandparents Joe & Florence Callaway and one grandson Kenneth Shaw.
