The latest update on Saturday from the Oklahoma State Department of Health shows that there are 111 new positive COVID-19 cases in Oklahoma, bringing the states total of cases to 5,960.
For the second day in a row, Kay and Osage counties both have one new COVID-19 cases documented. Osage county is at 94 cases with five active, and Kay County is at 52 cases with four active. As for other local counties, Garfield County has one new case to put their total at 25, No changes for Grant, Logan, Noble, Payne and Pawnee counties. Payne County has one active case. No active cases for Grant, Logan, Noble and Pawnee counties.
OSDH reports four more Oklahomans have died from the virus between May 13-21, putting the state’s death toll at 311.
- An Oklahoma County male in the 65 or older age group.
- Three in Tulsa County, both a male and female in the 65 or older age group, one male in the 50-64 age group.
Latest data shows that 112 more Oklahomans have recovered from COVID-19 to bring the recovery total to 4,645.
