Kay County Election Board Secretary Cheryl Howard announced Tuesday that the polling place for Precinct 535 has been changed. In response to the current issues with the Corona Virus, they are no longer able to use Via Christi Village as a polling location. Beginning with the Primary Election scheduled on June 30, the polling place for Precinct 535 will return to the 1 st Assembly of God, 2313 East Prospect Ave., Ponca City.
Speaking of the June 30 election, on the ballot will be the following: Blackwell Municipal Mayor Election, Blackwell School District I-45 Board Member, Kildare School District C-50 Board Member and Newkirk Municipal Commissioner.
