As of the 11 a.m. update on Saturday, the Oklahoma State Department of Health has documented 72 more positive cases of COVID-19, bringing Oklahoma’s overall total to 3,193 since testing began.
In addition, 6 more Oklahomans have died from COVID-19, bringing the total to 6. One death was a Payne County man in the age 65 and older group.
As for cases in local counties, 3 new cases have been added for Osage and Payne counties and 1 new case for Logan county. No changes for Kay, Grant, Garfield, Pawnee and Noble counties.
Good news to share is that 119 more Oklahomans have recovered from COVID-19, bringing that number to 2,080. Twelve new recoveries for Osage County, 3 for Payne and 1 each for Logan and Kay counties.
