The Ponca City Utility Billing Office is currently closed to the public, but they are answering phone calls and will be able to work with customers that call at (580)767-0311.
If you need to make a payment, please call the phone number mentioned to pay over the phone. There is a drop box located on 6th Street for check or money order payments. There are envelopes located at the front window to put cash in and slide under the window.
New service, transfer service and payment arrangements can be made by calling 767-0311 and their office will be available to discuss and email information to complete transactions.
