Everett Leroy Punches
(September 7, 1934 – October 4, 2015)
Leroy was born Sept. 7th, 1934 at Carter-Nine near Shidler OK and left his earthy bounds on Sunday, October 4th, 2015. Survived by Children Doug Punches of Ft worth TX and Linda Punches Henry of Port Charlotte FL. 6 Grand Children Nicholas, Charlie, Kathryn, Anna Punches, Ross & Tyler Henry and his dog Missy.
Preceded in death by Wife of 57-years Carroll Punches, His Parents and 8-siblings. Leroy worked in the Oilfields of the Southwest, was a Ponca City Police Officer, Business owner and a member of the plumber’s and pipe fitter’s union until he retired. Leroy was a Jack-of-all Trades and could fix anything.
He came to Ponca city in 1957 where he lived the remainder of his life. Leroy never met a stranger. He knew almost everyone and loved to swap stories. He enjoyed his Family, Friends, Fishing, Golf and was an avid firearm enthusiast.
Casket Bearers will be Ross Henry, Gary Henry, Nicholas & Charlie Punches, John Hayes and Jack Brantley.

Graveside services will be Friday October 9th, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park with Chaplain Tom Howard officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory.
