William "Billy" Eugene Munroe

(November 13, 1954 – September 11, 2015)

William “Billy” Eugene Munroe of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away on September 11, 2015 at Alliance Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years.

Billy Eugene Munroe was born on November 13, 1954 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Freddia Jo (Munroe) Cloud. Billy graduated from Blackwell High School in 1972. Following his education he was employed with MidAmerica Door in Ponca City, Oklahoma for several years. Billy enjoyed watching OU Football, and NASCAR. He also loved spending time with his cat, Princess.

He is survived by his mother, Freddia Cloud of Blackwell, Oklahoma, his children; Dustin Munroe of Hennessey, Oklahoma, Jason Munroe of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Misty Munroe of Blackwell, Oklahoma, and Brittany Goff, of Ponca City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.

Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Renee Ann Munroe (King), a sister, Kathy Waters, and a brother, Munroe Cloud.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at The Tabernacle of Blackwell with Pastor Clifford Johnson, of Blackwell Tabernacle officiating. Burial will follow in the Washunga Cemetery in Newkirk, Oklahoma.

Casketbearers will be Chester Pope, Scott Looper, David Looper, Richard Looper, Brad Short, and Rick Campbell.

The honorary casketbearer will be Johnny Grace.
