Obituary for Charles Patterson

Charles Orval Patterson, resident of Ponca City, died Saturday February 7, 2015 at Shawn Manor Nursing Home. He was 92.

The service will be held 2 pm graveside Thursday February 12, 2015 at Resthaven Memorial Park with the Rev. Don Stanton, Pastor, Faith Tabernacle New Life Christian Center, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Charles was born on February 22, 1922 to Herbert S. and Gertrude (Redburn) Patterson in Stillwater, OK. He served our country in the United States Army during WWII . He retired from Conoco in 1982 .

He is survived by one daughter, Rebecca Hamrick and husband Kevin of Ponca City; Two Grandchildren Blake Hamrick and Jamie Hamrick of Oklahoma City and one son Stan Patterson of Oklahoma City.

Preceded in death by his mother, father, one sister, seven brothers, and two grandsons.
