Elvia Pando, resident of Ponca City, OK, passed away March 20, 2014, at Ponca City Medical Center. She was 43.

A service will be held at Trout Funeral Home, in Ponca City, OK. on Friday 22nd. and a following service in Odessa TX. on Sunday 23rd , Mass on Monday 24th,and burial on Tuesday 25th of March 2014. Elvia was born on September 1, 1970 to Juan Ramon Leyva Rodriguez and Eduwiges Carrasco Ramirez in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was raised in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was married to Carlos H. Pando on July 6th in 1992. She was a loving wife to her husband and a loving mother.

She is survived by Husband, Carlos H . Pando,Son Hugo Jr Pando,Daughter, Yeritza Pando, Son Damian Pando, Father, Juan Ramon Leyva Rodriguez, Mother, Eduwiges Carrasco Ramirez, Brothers Jesus Manuel, Alma Rosa,Victor Ramon, Cesar, and Obed Leyva Carrasco.

Preceded in death by Daughter Jaqueline Pando Memorial Contributions may be made to the Pando Leyva Family.
