Obituary for Kristina Kilpatrick

Kilpatrick, Kristina Marie, Age 52 of Claremore, Oklahoma, beloved home maker, died January 6, 2014 in her home.

Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00AM January 18, 2014 in the chapel at Trout Funeral Home & Crematory in Ponca City.

Kristina was raised in Ponca City, and played the clarinet in the high school Band. Ever the tomboy, she enjoyed the outdoors including fishing and hunting for arrows in the river beds. She grew fond of Native American culture having learned of her own heritage. Kristina was also known to occasionally fall in love with certain sweets . She has at times been all about Reese’s Pieces, Twizzlers, and Pumpkin Pie.

Kristina was very proud of her recent accomplishment of quitting smoking. More recently her down time was filled with the joy of working puzzles with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her lifelong partner, Harry Kilpatrick; sons: Tanner Kilpatrick and wife Rachel of Ponca City; Timothy Kilpatrick and wife Jennifer of Claremore; Shane Kilpatrick and wife Tekeisha of Claremore; daughter: Allison Kilpatrick of Claremore; son-in-law Cody Springer of Claremore; and her grandchildren: Hayley, Kyler, Taylor, Jace, Kizer, Kylee, Cadyn, Landon, Kyann, Kynlee, and Laken.

She was preceded in death by her parents Chester and Wilma Bowlin and her Aunt Lulu Bowlin. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
