Obituary for Betty Perry

Betty Beatrice “Bea” Perry, 89, longtime resident of Ponca City, OK, died October 3rd, 2013 in Houston, TX.

Mrs. Perry grew up in Stratford, OK and was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Ponca City and the Christian Women’s Club.

Bea was the daughter of Mary Ella Hamm and Ernest Riedel, Stratford, OK and was married to her loving husband, Nathan Ray Perry for 70 years, who survives.

Mrs. Perry is also survived by her daughter, Donna Davis, and husband, Cliff Davis of Winter Park, CO; her son, Ken Perry of Austin, TX; her son, Chuck Perry of East Wenatchee, WA. Mrs. Perry is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Robyn Brown of Katy, TX and her family – husband Jason, daughter Kaitlyn and son Reid; Marc Davis of Houston, TX and his family – wife Holly, son Nathan and daughter Ellie; Craig Perry of Wetmore, CO and his family – wife Selena, sons Jabob and Jaxxson and daughter Riley; and Shae Perry of Spokane, WA.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 8th at the Chapel in the First Baptist Church of Ponca City at 2:00. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Ponca City. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.
