Ponca City Public School students invite the entire community to the third annual Student Technology Expo.
The expo is March 25 from 5 – 7 p.m. At the high school commons and assembly center.
The expo highlights the latest technologies students are using to enhance learning in the classroom.
All grades will demonstrate a myriad of technologies; such as Promethean boards, student response systems, I-pads, wireless carts, web pages, Voki and Gloster.
School superintendent, Dr. David Pennington said it’s exciting for the students.
“Our students are excited to showcase all the technology tools they use every day in the classroom,” Pennington said. “It is important for them to have parents and patrons come out and support them.”
The district is providing hotdogs, chips and drinks for attendees, and there will also be door prizes given away.
Last year’s two winners each won a Kindle Fire.
