Oklahoma ranked No. 19 in Associated Press preseason poll

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – The Oklahoma Sooners are ranked No. 19 in The Associated Press preseason college football poll.

The poll released Sunday has Ohio State receiving all 61 votes as the No. 1 team in the nation in the preseason voting. TCU is ranked No. 2; followed by Alabama; Baylor; and Michigan State to round out the top five.

The Sooners are coming off an 8-5 season and changes in the coaching staff that includes new offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley.

Oklahoma State received votes in the poll, but is just outside the Top 25.
