On Monday January 21st the Ponca City Police Department received a call wanting to report Joshua Kyle Battiest as missing. Joshua is 31 years old. He was last seen on December 22nd, 2018 by a friend. Joshua did not show up for work on December 21st, 2018 and has not contacted them since. It also appears that Joshua has not contacted any family or friends since around that same date.
Joshua also goes by the alias Koi Lusa. He is a Native American male and is 6’2” tall. Joshua weighs approximately 185 lbs. He has brown hair and is known to shave it or wear it long. Joshua has multiple tattoo’s including a lettering tattoo on his left hand, a bear paw tattoo on his left hand, a tattoo on the left side of his head, a tattoo on his stomach, and tattoos on his upper left arm.
Joshua has been entered in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as missing. Police Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Joshua. If you have any information that may help us in locating him, please contact the Ponca City Police Department at (580) 767-0370.
