Citizens of Blackwell on Tuesday evening might have experienced low water pressure when going to clean up and/or washing dishes. The city of Blackwell reached out via Nixle that areas in the city are receiving low water pressure and began work on the situation. Areas that have low water pressure in Blackwell will affect the pressure to the meters supplying Blackwell rural water. City crews continue to monitor the situation and are restarting any pumps, if necessary, once pressure is restored from the city of Blackwell. As of Wednesday morning, some citizens of Blackwell on social media have reported that they have normal water pressure.
