PONCA CITY, Okla.- The National Weather Service in Norman is predicting a chance of snow and frigid cold temperatures across Northern Oklahoma this upcoming weekend. Wind chills across Northern Oklahoma Saturday Afternoon and going into the evening could hit single digits and possibly the negatives.

Northern Oklahoma is also expected to see possibly 2 to 4 inches of snow with the storm system pushing in this weekend. However, as Oklahoma weather is known to be, those predicted amounts could easily change in the next few days.

With subzero wind chills expected this weekend, it is also a good reminder to keep your pets inside where it is warm. And be sure to wear plenty of warm clothing when going outside.
