K-State Wins First Bowl Games Since 2002

Jake Waters tossed three TD passes to Tyler Lockett as the Wildcats whipped Michigan 31-14 in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl in Tempe, Arizona. Waters threw for 271 yards and Lockhart had 10 receptions for 116 yards. Kansas State kept the Wolverines out of the end zone until Fitzgerald Toussaint ran for a short touchdown with 1:15 remaining.
