Blackwell florist wins Oklahoma Cup

Letecia Burkett, of Anytime Flowers in Blackwell, won the Oklahoma Cup last week at the Oklahoma State Floral Association's conference in Stillwater recently.
The Oklahoma Cup competition was open to all members except previous first place winners. Designs were made on premises with product and containers provided for all competitors.
