Evans and Associates Construction Company has entered a contract with the City of Ponca City to reconstruct the pavement and replace the water lines on Elm Street from Highland Avenue to Summit Avenue and from Otoe Avenue to 75 feet north of Ponca Avenue.

Beginning Tuesday, July 5, work will begin on the water line replacement portion of the work on Elm Street from Highland Avenue to Summit Avenue. The water line work on this phase will take approximately two weeks to complete.
