Monday, July 4, will be a city holiday in Ponca City. All city offices will be closed and there will be no residential refuse collection.
Wentz Golf Course will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wentz Pool and Ambuc Pool will both be open from 1 to 4 p.m.
