3 Arrested In Spencer

SPENCER, Okla. (AP) – Three Spencer city employees have been charged with embezzlement of a total of almost $7,000 in municipal funds. The Oklahoman reports that charges of felony embezzlement by a public employee have been filed in Oklahoma County District Court against 35-year-old Shenice Huff; 32-year-old Andrew Thompson; and 40-year-old Lakeita Barbee.
