Central Oklahoma receiver J.T. Luper has received another accolade. Already a finalist for the Harlon Hill trophy given to the most outstanding player in Division II football, Luper was named to The Associated Press All-America first team offense Wednesday.
Two Arkansas players also were honored with All-America. Receiver Jalen Tolliver of Arkansas-Monticello made the second team offense. Cua Rose of Arkansas Tech made the second team as a defensive back.
