OKLAHOMA CITY –
More arrests have been made in connection to a shooting that killed three people earlier this month at a metro bar.
Oklahoma City Police said they arrested Nicklus Sweet, 41, and Douglas Jacobs, 47, on Wednesday in connection to the deadly shooting that happened on April 1.
Police also identified the third homicide victim as Andrew Sump, 28.
On April 1, police said they responded to a shooting call at the Whiskey Barrel Saloon and discovered three shooting victims who were pronounced dead at the scene. Three other people were injured and transported to a nearby hospital, police said.
Police identified the other shooting victims as Eric Oberholtzer and Francisco Tanajara. The first suspect arrested was identified as Tyler Myers, who was injured during the shooting.
An Oklahoma County affidavit revealed the moments the rival biker gangs became involved in the shooting.
Video showed Myers and Oberholtzer walking into the bar located near Newcastle Road and South Shawnee Avenue.
Myers and Oberholtzer were seen talking to an unidentified man who had gang symbols on for the Bandidos motorcycle gang. The affidavit stated that Myers and Oberholtzer were members of a rival gang to the Bandidos, the Homietos.
The duo were then seen walking back into the bar followed by seven individuals who were affiliated with the Bandidos gang.
The unidentified man then hit Myers in the back of the head, causing him to fall to the ground.
The other men approached Myers before he used a chair to keep the men away from him.
Myers then pulled out a gun while Oberholtzer got into a physical altercation with Francisco Tanajara that turned deadly, the affidavit said.
Oberholtzer began shooting at Tanajara when another man started shooting at Oberholtzer.
Oberholtzer fell to the ground during this incident as Myers continued to engage with the unidentified male.
The affidavit stated that Myers had walked up to the unidentified male, who was crawling on the ground at that point, before running off.
Myers then re-engaged from the patio door and shot toward the direction of the unidentified male.
Myers was arrested on a first-degree murder complaint.
Sweet was arrested on the complaints of shooting with the intent to kill, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, accessory to murder and conspiracy.
Jacobs was arrested on the complaints of first-degree murder, accessory to murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
