Exercise classes offered at Unity Gym

Feel better, improve health, and get fit with low intensity cardio, resistance strength training.

Easy exercises improve balance: enhance bone density and lower fatigue, stress and blood pressure. Colleen Walker will be the instructor.

Classes are at Unity Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays,  Jan. 5-31, from 5:30  to 6:30 a.m.  Cost is $35 a month or $5 per class.
